About Mary Pat
Mary Pat is a healer, teacher, and guide with more than 20 years of experience supporting others on their journey of transformation. Her work is rooted in compassion, wisdom, and a deep connection to Spirit. She has trained extensively in Reiki, energy medicine, hypnotherapy, craniosacral therapy, and other healing modalities. In 2025, she received a Spirit-given transmission of Golden Light from the Sisterhood of the Sun and Stars that she is now being guided to share through the Alchemy Collective.
Through her sessions, classes, and retreats, Mary Pat weaves her many modalities with the Golden Light to help others reconnect with their body’s innate wisdom and natural intelligence, awakening love, joy, and vibrant health from within.
She is devoted to creating safe, sacred spaces where healing feels nourishing, restorative, and profoundly transformative.
