How it began…
In early 2025, Mary Pat was entrusted with a Spirit-given energy through the Sisters of the Sun and Stars. This transmission works through golden discs of light, placed at key points in the body, to receive higher frequencies of healing codes. It also amplifies the frequency of Reiki and other modalities she integrates into her sessions.
This energy has been named the Golden Light Alchemy of Pure Love and Truth. These golden light codes clear energetic imprints held in our food, our bodies, and the Earth, helping to cultivate patterns of wholeness and self-sustaining wellness.
Participants often describe feeling lighter, calmer, and more peaceful in all aspects of their being, with some experiencing immediate relief from even chronic physical symptoms.
