What is Golden Light Alchemy?

In early 2025, Mary Pat was entrusted with a Spirit-given modality through the Sisters of the Sun & Stars. This work uses golden discs of light, placed at key points in the body, to receive higher frequencies of healing codes.

These golden light codes clear the energetic imprints carried in our food and in our bodies, helping to release cycles of illness and dependency. Participants often describe feeling calmer, lighter, and freer- with some experiencing immediate relief from symptoms such as migraines.

Mary Pat is now guided to share this work through one-on-one sessions, Practitioner trainings,  and retreats, where others can receive and begin to embody these golden frequencies.
