This retreat is not about learning another modality.

Golden Light Alchemy is a Spirit-given frequency; a living current of Divine Love that clears, restores, and reactivates your innate wholeness.

It is not something you study. It is something you receive.

During this three-day immersion, you will be attuned to this radiant frequency through ceremony, sacred transmission, sound, and embodiment. It is a gentle yet powerful activation that harmonizes your body, mind, and spirit with the highest vibration of the frequency of Gold.  

Gold is the resonance of Pure Love, Truth, and Abundance.

This work supports not only your personal ascension, but also ripples through the collective, amplifying the light of Gaia and all that nourishes us.

🌿 The Experience

Nestled within the trees at the Bon Secours Retreat & Conference Center, this sacred weekend invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to the stillness of your heart.

Our gathering space, surrounded by windows on three sides, opens directly to nature, allowing the beauty of Mother Earth to gently support our time together. 

You’ll walk the labyrinth, commune with the land, and receive guidance through meditation, sacred ceremony, and community.

Friday – The Release

We begin by arriving fully- releasing beliefs, patterns, and energetic imprints that no longer honor our true selves.  Through ceremony and guided ritual, you’ll clear space for the new frequencies of light to anchor within your field.

Saturday – The Attunement

This is the day of the Golden Light Activation; the placing of the golden disks, transmissions, and sound journeys. You’ll be held in a sacred container as you receive the Golden Light within every cell of your being.

That evening, we celebrate with movement, music, creation, and inspiration; opening creative channels for the Golden Light Oracle Deck we’ll be co-creating together.

Sunday – The Embodiment

We close in integration, anchoring the energy through grid work, reflection, grounding, and community.

You’ll leave renewed, empowered, and radiant with this frequency, becoming the current that guides your evolution.

🕊️ Meet Your Guides

Each facilitator brings her unique medicine, united in service to Love and the collective awakening.

Mary Pat Hulteng – The Channel of the Golden Light

Mary Pat is a holistic wellness practitioner, spiritual teacher, and sacred space holder with over two decades of experience in energy medicine. Trained in Reiki, hypnotherapy, craniosacral therapy, somatic emotional release, and other modalities, she now weaves these into a Spirit-led experience through the transmission of Golden Light Alchemy. As a co-creator of this frequency, Mary Pat brings a grounded, radiant presence, holding space for profound release, remembrance, and renewal.

Beth Gemmell – The Bridge Between Worlds

Beth is a lawyer, engineer, and intuitive guide. Beth uses the Golden Light, Pure Love, and Truth energy to bridge the seen and unseen through her Harmonic Triad Integration framework. Her work aligns mind, body, and spirit in resonance with Divine Love, Light, and Truth. She is a Reiki Master, Shaman, Medium, and Certified EFT Practitioner, dedicated to helping others embody their natural wholeness. 

Lauren Pobletts – The Voice of Light Codes and Breath

Lauren Pobletts, owner of Gypsy Systers boutique in Sykesville, guides others into remembrance through crystals, light language, and breathwork. Her work opens spaces of resonance and release, inviting participants to reconnect with their inner wisdom and embody the wholeness of their soul.

Michele Pederson – The Sound Weaver and Nervous System Guide

Michele is a channel of sound and light language, weaving frequencies that open the heart, clear density, and anchor higher light codes into the body and Earth. With a background in embodiment and energy medicine, she holds sound as a living transmission- a bridge between the soul and the infinite. In retreat space, Michele creates a resonant field where participants can rest into healing and remembrance of their true essence.

Event ends at 2 pm on Sunday
